Comparing cruises can quickly become complicated. The advertised fare rarely tells the whole story.
Cabin sizes differ. Drinks, gratuities and excursions may or may not be included. Ships carry very different numbers of passengers. Promotions vary by country and sailing date. And two cruises that initially look similar can have very different total costs and onboard experiences.
That is the work we already do for Rob & Nawa Travels.
Personal Cruise Research applies the same detailed comparison approach to the cruise lines and trip criteria you are personally considering.
This service is not designed to answer an open-ended question such as “Which cruise line should we choose?” You nominate the cruise line or cruise lines you want researched.
1. Tell Us What You’re Considering
Complete the research application with your nominated cruise lines, destination, travel window, cabin preferences and any requirements that matter to you. There is no payment at the application stage.
2. We Review Your Request
We check that the request is within scope, confirm any mandatory criteria and make sure we have the information needed to research it properly.
3. We Confirm the Scope and Fee
If we can accept the assignment, we send you a Research Scope Confirmation showing exactly what we will research, the fee and the proposed research start time. Only after you confirm the scope do we send you a payment request with your invoice link. Invoices are normally due within 24 hours to secure the proposed research start time.
4. We Do the Research
Payment secures your research slot. Our normal delivery target is within 48 hours of the confirmed research start time.
5. You Receive Your Research
You receive a personalised Personal Cruise Research Report and a detailed comparison spreadsheet with the underlying research and source links. You review the information and make your own booking decision.

Where suitable sailings are available, we research up to three options for each cruise line you nominate. We do not fill the report with unsuitable options simply to reach three.
All prices and availability are snapshots from the date of research and may change.
You can tell us which requirements are mandatory and which are simply preferred.
Examples include adults-only, required embarkation or disembarkation ports, specific travel dates, cruise length, family eligibility, accessibility requirements and ports that must be included.
If a cruise line fundamentally cannot meet a mandatory requirement, we identify it as ineligible.
If the cruise line could qualify generally but we cannot identify a sailing that fits the agreed dates and criteria, we record “No suitable sailing identified.”
We do not quietly change your dates, remove a mandatory requirement or substitute a different cruise line.

We do not choose cruise lines for you, recommend a winner, book cruises, hotels, tours or flights, take travel deposits, hold reservations, make supplier payments, access your cruise-line or booking accounts, provide visa advice, recommend travel insurance, build a complete land itinerary, select every shore excursion, or provide unlimited revisions.
You remain in control of every booking decision.
The 48-hour delivery period starts from the research start time we agree with you — not from the time you submit the application.
If we are fully committed, we will offer the next available start time before requesting payment.
No. We provide independent factual research and comparisons. We can highlight meaningful differences, but you decide which option best suits you.
No. You must nominate the cruise line or cruise lines you want researched.
We include the suitable options we identify. We do not add unsuitable sailings just to reach three.
We will identify that during screening. Before detailed research proceeds on that line, you can nominate a replacement or continue with fewer cruise lines.
No. Prices, promotions and availability can change at any time. We record the market, currency and date checked, and you should always confirm the final fare and terms with the provider before booking.
No. Rob & Nawa Personal Cruise Research is a research and information service, not a travel booking service.
Yes. You remain free to book directly, use your own travel agent or use any provider you choose.

Yes. Tell us the practical requirement, such as a wheelchair-accessible cabin, step-free access or a walk-in shower. We do not need medical diagnoses or medical records.

We do not take price (value for money) into our calculations, as rates can differ substantially depending on when you go. If you travel in peak season, then expect to pay the highest rates, but it does not (or should not) change the quality of the hotel. If we give it a rating of 8.0 or higher, we would consider staying again.
